Before our arrival, she put together and set out individual gift bags for each person in our group.
She sent detailed videos with instructions for appliances and other elements of the house.
She coordinated a special shopping time with a boutique owner for our group at a shop in town.

"Staying in the XOXO cottage in the middle of the town last December was the BEST experience. Aspen was beautifully decorated for Christmas and a wide range of activities were available. We took a sleigh ride to a mountain lodge and had a delicious meal. We walked to world-class restaurants but enjoyed staying in to cook as well. Short walks from the house let us explore shopping, museums, and natural beauty. We really enjoyed the "sophisticated small town" experience.
The house itself is wonderful. Our favorite room was the dining room which is a room preserved from the original miner's cabin. Allison has decorated it with historical Aspen artifacts to provide a warm and comfortable gathering spot.
Everything in the house is beautiful, interesting, and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were especially well designed and decorated. The floorplan accommodated group interactions as well as individual space. The lower level rooms let outside light and air in and there is a large living space there as well as upstairs. The kitchen was full of surprises, completely equipped, and enthusiastically admired by the chef who cooked at our party. The top floor deck offered privacy and views
Allison takes her hosting seriously and with her connections helps visitors make arrangements to follow individual interests. The town, the house, and the hospitality make for a memorable visit."

"A beautiful home so close to all. Was so quick and able to walk to town, food shopping, and all that Aspen has to offer. Had all we needed to cook and make it our home. And the kids bunk bed room and set up was amazing. Worth every penny and will be back for sure. It’s the right way to do it."

"The home matched exactly what we were looking for with our trip to Aspen. We walked to everything, including the mountain. It is a private, detached home in the center of town. Within 5 minutes walking distance of all the top tier restaurants and shopping Aspen is known for. Having the ability to throw on our ski boots and walk to the mountain within 7 minutes was amazing.
In our experience you’re either on the mountain, or in town. This offered the perfect location where you were able to experience both without having to drive. The home itself was exactly what we expected. The photos were a true representation of what to expect. Everything, including the layout, was perfect for our group of three couples, (we could’ve even brought our kids).
Allison was a wonderful host and held a perfect balance between being responsive, communicative and offering privacy. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we visit next year."
